As a thank you for shopping with Shop Reimagine we are pleased to offer free shipping to CANADA for all online orders over $100 and shipping charges are based on locations.
Special order items are drop shipped from the distributor or shipped by Shop Reimagine via third party freight carriers depending on destination and take from 3-8 weeks normally for delivery, although some brands do take longer. Delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in "business days"; this does not include weekends and statutory holidays. PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
Remember we only offer curb side delivery. Most carriers will help unload, however it is your responsibility to bring your products inside, this is how we can offer our Free Shipping service.
Some areas of the country are excluded from our Free Shipping policy. Free Shipping is eligible for orders shipping within Canada.
All in-stock items are shipped within 4-6 business days and you will be notified of any delay. Your merchandise should then arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We do not keep inventory on all items. All items have specific manufacturer lead times that can range anywhere from 1-16 weeks. Because these lead times change on the regular basis, please contact us for specific lead times. Lead times are estimates only. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability.
Please note that not all orders are shipped together. We strive to fill each online order in a timely manner and in order to do so some orders are shipped from multiple locations.
If there are any discrepancies with shipping amounts (or over-sized items that require shipping charges to be calculated after the order has been placed) a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email to discuss price changes or shipping options. If no shipping amount at all shows on your over-sized item a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email with the appropriate shipping amount. A delivery notification will be left at your door if there is no answer and they will either try again or can be contacted to arrange a second attempt. If unsuccessful in their attempts, packages are held at their depots and then shipped back to the store. In order to arrange a re-delivery, delivery charges will need to be paid again by the purchaser. Please note that all deliveries are shipped with "signature required".
Once your order has been received you may return it to us for a refund. Please note that final sale items (special orders, bedding, towels, hygiene items, sale and clearance items etc. are not eligible for returns or credits). You have 7 days to return unused items in original condition with receipt and original packaging. This starts from the date that is stated on the order receipt not from the date of arrival for online order. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply or re-select with a 10% restocking fee.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Personalized Items
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
