We accept the following methods of payment Credit Cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DEBIT card. If you choose to pay via E-TRANSFER please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to send you an invoice. Please note we will not release or hold goods until full payment has been received this can take a few days to hit our account pending on what bank you are with.
Please note unless stated otherwise our items DO NOT come assembled - if your product requires assembly instructions will be included within the packaging. If you are still having problems assembling your item - please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
When an item is out of stock you will see this when the button is highlighted stating pre order. We will also have an approximate date that the item is due in. The date can change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances with our suppliers. By clicking pre order & checking out this will reserve stock for you in the next shipment and will be sent out to you as soon as it arrives into warehouse. If you order more than one item we will ship what is in stock out to you and once the backorder arrives you will get sent the items out.
Pricing & Availability
If an item is out of stock it will be listed as this on the website. We try our best to have all our items fully stocked so they are available at all times. There are times when popular products can go out of stock and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
From time to time we will announce shop sales. You have to manually enter a codeword that will be used at checkout to redeem the discount. Unfortunately once payment has been made you cannot enter the codeword, please ensure to remember to enter this at checkout so you can redeem the discount. Codewords will be announced on social media as well as on the front page when we have sales.
There is never a good time to put an item on sale, if you have bought an item and then it goes on sale unfortunately we cannot refund the difference. We do not refund or exchange any sale items.
At Reimagine Designs we do offer trade accounts. Professional and practicing interior designers and decorators. Builders, contractors and architects involved in show and display suites. You will need a:
- Valid membership to an association
- Business ID number
- Certification or Equivalent
Once approved you will receive a unique code that you can use as many times as you like, this code will have to be used at checkout and not in conjunction with any other codes/offers.
We reserved the right to stop supplying and offering trade discount to any approved customer if we feel the discount is getting abused. We only permit the discount to be used by the approved trade customer.
We do not allow buying and re-selling on auction style websites such as Ebay, Amazon or other websites.
All sales are final and returns are not permitted unless item is deemed defective.
Discount applies to items ONLY , the discount will not be taken off any shipping costs.
